Lubricant Delivery/Service Tech - Insight FS - Antigo, WI

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for lubricant product delivery and serves as back-up to the Energy Department delivery
drivers as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Markets and ensures efficient delivery of bulk and packaged lubricants and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).
Ensures accurate communication of all relevant information regarding inventory management and billing of products and services.
Installs and maintains customer and company lubricant and fuel systems.
Assists sales team with increasing the sales of lubricants.
Adheres to company credit policy.
Efficiently schedules a cost-effective maintenance and repair schedule.
Maintains department equipment and vehicles for safe and proper operating condition.
Develops and maintains a record of company owned tanks and equipment.
Works with Microsoft Office programs.
May be required to drive to run local errands as needed.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and/or 1-2 years of related work experience.
Achieve and maintain certifications and training as required.
Demonstrated essential abilities business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Frequently exposed to extreme weather conditions.
Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
Class A CDL with HazMat and tanker endorsement required and must be maintained.
Ability to work hours other than those considered normal.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
Frequently required to lift 51 to 70 lbs.
Must be able to travel independently and overnight.
