Heritage FS is hiring an Agronomy Operator! Pay starts at $41,000, plus overtime. Responsibilities include delivering products, applying fertilizers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety. Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) and be willing to learn. Ability to obtain pesticide/fertilizer licenses required. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
