WHAT WILL YOU DO

In a fast paced, safety first environment help move grain to ensure quality and maintain proper inventory. Our family-oriented team is looking for someone who wants to help growers succeed by:
 

• Learn and gain hands-on experience in all the aspects of the grain department, such as grain distribution, facility operations and routine elevator maintenance.
• Learn and assist in all areas of the unloading, loading and transferring of grain and grain products shipped on truck and rail operations. 
• Learn about the techniques to monitor quality, blending and condition of all grain moving through or stored in the facility. 
• Experience hands-on service-related opportunities by working with customers by loading and unloading of grain.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good customer service, problem-solving and work ethic.
• Team-player eager to help other departments of the company.
• Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent and currently pursuing a degree or certification from a 2-year community or technical college.
• Ability to work at varying heights and lift 51 - 70 lbs.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
