SALARY RANGE: $16 - $20/hr
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Location Manager, the General Laborer will assist with all operational and administrative functions of the assigned agronomy facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist with the coordination, scheduling and offloading of all inbound product shipments with the appropriate division and logistics staff.
- Assist with the outbound movement of product to customers according to established standards.
- Assures product movements are coordinated with logistics personnel to minimize total inbound and outbound transportation costs.
- Ensures that customers are served professionally and the facility is operational and administrative work is completed to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Assist with product quality, housekeeping, repairs and maintenance projects and compliance with safety and environmental practices at the facility.
- Ensures the facility and equipment are maintained in physical and mechanical condition to meet customer needs.
- Assists in the coordination of seasonal requirements for space utilization and storage configuration for all products.
- Maintains professional working relations with facility landlords and tenants, if applicable.
- Assures that facilities are operated in accordance with all applicable contract terms and best business practices.
- Attends required meetings as requested.
- Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA, EPA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
- All other job duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in agriculture or other business area.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
