PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for front desk operations and provides customer service in a timely and accurate manner to increase customer satisfaction, maintain the reputation and profitability of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs Following Customer Service Activities
- Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment
- Checks and dispatches phone messages
- Greets customers at reception desk
- Receives and processes customer energy orders and dispatches delivery requests to drivers
- Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up
- Handles change requests to account information
- Enters payments on customer account
- Assists human resource, accounts payable and safety departments
- Prepares documents and schedules facilities for board meetings
- May be asked to drive and run local errands as needed
- Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaboration efforts.
- Follows Three Rivers FS’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires an associate degree or the equivalent thereof, and 2 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on Three Rivers FS’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
