PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

 

The CSR will be required to organize material, and effectively communicate with internal and external customers. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Assist customers with statement questions, online bill payments, and overall account reconciliation.
  • Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks.
  • Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed.
  • Assist with month end processes and monthly statements.
  • Reconciles report discrepancies and problems.
  • Reviews, balances, interprets computer reports, and makes corrections.
  • Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, ascertains nature of the call and directs caller to the appropriate person.
  • Greet and assist customers with recording payments and billing questions.
  • Attends required meetings as requested.
  • Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws.  EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Associate’s degree (AA/AS) or equivalent; or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

A strong team player and the ability to work closely with others.
