SALARY RANGE: $17 – $20 / hr

 

 

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

 

The CSR will be required to organize material and effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist customers with statement questions, online bill payments, and overall account reconciliation.
  • Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks.
  • Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed.
  • Assist with month end processes and monthly statements.
  • Reconciles report discrepancies and problems.
  • Reviews, balances, interprets computer reports, and makes corrections.
  • Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, ascertain nature of the call and directs caller to the appropriate person.
  • Greet and assist customers with recording payments and billing questions.
  • Attends required meetings as requested.
  • Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws.  EHS,
  • OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
