Education and Experience:
Associate's degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Summary:
Working remotely at all company facilities maintaining computer system activities.
Reports to / Supervision Received:
IT Manager
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):
• Primary support of all locations computer systems. This included but not limited to configuring, installing, and maintaining Home Office network and remote site hardware, software and telecommunications services such as personal computers, system software, software applications, printers, servers, routers, bridges, switches, modems, cabling, and Internet service providers
• Job does require some mechanical and physical aptitude such as climbing ladders, working in elevated positions. Other operational job functions will include remote camera maintenance, network installation in new building spaces, support of mobile devices of operations staff, technical assistance on automation hardware and software
• Has familiarity with and assists users when needed on software and equipment usage. This would include training on applications such as Webs, Agvance and the Microsoft suite of products - Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
• Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.
• Develops and communicates standards for use, operations, and security of network, personal computers, and data.
• Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems.
• Consults with department managers to develop system solutions that are consistent and uniform with organizational objectives.
• Attends required meetings as requested.
• Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures.
