SALARY RANGE: $65K - $85K
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Purchasing & Logistics Manager the SCFS Procurement, Logistics, and Facilities Manager oversees all capital investments, facilities projects, rolling stock and offers logistics support. This role works with contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role is responsible for the scheduled phasing in and out of all rolling stock and equipment with the Purchasing & Logistics Manager. Work with the location managers and salesmen on product movement from terminals to SCFS delivery points. Maintains a strong working relationship with transportation companies to ensure the timely movement of products.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Coordinates the purchases of rolling stock and the scheduled life of rolling equipment.
- Works with contractors to ensure building projects are on time and within budget.
- Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
- Assist with the annual development of a fixed assets budget.
- Ability to read blueprints and communicate our needs to contractors and suppliers.
- Works with SCFS locations on the logistics of product movement to the locations.
- Builds relationships with transportation companies to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
- Works with the safety manager & location managers to ensure that all safety-related equipment is installed, works correctly, and is being used correctly in accordance with our safety guidelines.
- Work with location managers to promote teamwork between all SCFS locations as well as assist and share assets between locations.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Participate in meetings as required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of planning, organization, problem solving, project management and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
- Ability to travel independently and overnight.
- Attends all required meetings and training programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Normally requires a college degree and/or at least 5+ years' experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s CDL license and satisfactory driving record.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
