SALARY RANGE: $19 - $22.00 / Hr
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
The purpose of this job is to ensure timely and efficient delivery of bulk lubricants, to commercial energy and farm accounts. Support the energy sales team with servicing current and prospective customers. Receive, track, deliver and bill inventory. Organize the lubricant warehouses and monitor bulk lubricant levels to ensure supply. Role is based out of the Gays, IL facility and services a 60-mile radius. Primary counties served are Coles, Moultrie, Shelby, Effingham, Cumberland, Clay, Marion, Fayette and Bond.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Deliver lubricants to customers in the 9 county service area.
- Order, warehouse, deliver and maintain an accurate inventory control system.
- Assures all product is properly billed upon delivery via the in-truck handheld.
- Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for customer and employee safety and for following all company safety policies without exception.
- Minimizes shrink to acceptable levels.
- Provides the quality of service that maintains customers and adheres to all company credit policies and procedures.
- Generates and communicates sales leads to energy sales team.
- Maintains the highest level of customer service.
- Wears clean, approved company uniforms and maintains professional personal appearance in order to present a professional image.
- Coordinates service schedules (i.e. deliveries, etc.) with the energy sales delivery drivers.
- Ability to communicate effectively in order to provide customers with product and service information.
- Ability to pass and maintain the required D.O.T. physical, drug, and alcohol screen.
- Ability to organize duties in order to effectively schedule route deliveries and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Successfully adhere to safety rules and company policies and procedures. EHS, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures must be adhered to at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. CDL license with appropriate endorsements for this position. Basic truck driving skills, with 1-2 years experience or graduate of a certified truck driving school preferred. CDL training can be provided. Basic knowledge of refined fuels, propane and lubricants.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
