Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000

                                                                                   

SUMMARY STATEMENT

 

Under the direction of the CFO, assists in areas such as corporate office personnel management, capital asset management, and inventory management.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Provides leadership to the corporate office administrative office personnel.
  • Determines work procedures and expedites workflow. Evaluates office productions, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
  • Processing customer payments received via check, cash, credit card, and ACH within the Agvance accounting software.
  • Answers telephone calls and assists with customer questions.
  • Assists with month end processing and helping stuff statements.
  • Assists with assigning vehicle numbers and maintaining company assets in CMI Fixed Asset software.

 

 

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Serves as the backup for the energy billing, as needed.
  • Assists with inventory management and costing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Requires a college degree in accounting, business administration or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or business management.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience including orientation, coaching, counseling, and training and development, etc. and the ability to get work done through others.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven professional communication, persuasion, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated math skills and the ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, etc.
  • Ability to use the computer to enhance business processes.
  • Demonstrated core competencies including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and sill development.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
