AZ Energy Driver - UPI Energy FS - Guelph, ON

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • This position is accountable for delivering bulk and packaged DEF product to assigned accounts throughout Ontario.
  • The driver ensures the delivery of product is on time and meets customer expectations.
  • The incumbent is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the delivery truck, as well as daily inventory control and sales tickets.

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

 

  • Class A Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement;
  • 3 years commercial driving experience;
  • Ability to drive manual transmission (asset);
  • Ability to life and carry up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis;
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgement;
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use electronic devices;
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

 

 

Working Conditions:

 

Mostly outdoors and behind the wheel of a truck.  Physical activity includes operating, loading/unloading equipment, inspecting vehicles and equipment, walking, climbing, occasionally in awkward positions, in an environment which may be characterized by changes in temperature.  Working occasional irregular hours as needed; may include overtime, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays and on-call schedule. Handles hazardous product.
