PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Manages day to day operations of Fuel 24 stations. Maintains the image of the location and promotes Fuel 24 marketing programs.
SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP
This position supervises the local Fuel 24 attendants.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Create and implement marketing plans to enhance customer count and profitability of the location.
Implement appropriate promotions, ensuring all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time.
Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure FAST STOP locations are clean, adequately stocked, organized. Oversees maintenance of the sites, grounds and equipment.
Monitors sites for underground storage tank compliance and prepares for PMMIC inspections.
Monitor daily retail gasoline and diesel competitor fuel pricing, communicating information to supervisor.
Perform all price change requests, mark downs / ups as requested by Supervisor.
Enforce all safety and security issues and remedy and report any and all unsafe conditions.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
May be required to drive and run local errands as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 5 years or more of retail and/or supervisory related work experience to demonstrate the ability to generate profitable sales, build repeat customers, and gain share of market.
Associates degree in business related field is preferred.
Frequently required to lift 21-50 lbs.
Ability to work hours other than those considered "normal".
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
