GROWMARK FS Intern - GROWMARK FS, LLC - Milford, DE

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Serves as the Agriculture Business intern under the direction of the Agronomy Marketing Manager, trains and assists with general Agriculture Business functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Hands on experience in agronomy field.

• Visit FS locations and customers and build professional relationships.

• Work to develop, administer, and analyze results of customer service survey.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be pursuing an agriculture related degree at a 4-year university with the status of at least a second semester junior or first semester senior in good academic standing at time the internship begins.

• Ability to handle detailed information in a logical fashion.

• Background knowledge of cooperatives and agriculture business.

• Application of MS Office software.

• Demonstrates ability to work independently.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.
