The Opportunity

GROWMARK is seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead GROWMARK FS (GFS), a multi-state retail business serving customers across the Northeast. In this role, you’ll have full accountability for performance, profitability, and long-term strategy—while leading a complex, high-impact organization and partnering closely with GROWMARK executive leadership.

  • Set and execute the strategic vision and business plan for GFS
  • Lead, develop, and align a high-performing leadership team
  • Drive financial performance, growth, and operational excellence
  • Partner across the GROWMARK system to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Use data, KPIs, and market insights to guide decision-making and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven executive leader with the ability to set vision and lead through execution
  • Strong presence with the ability to influence at the executive and board level
  • Highly collaborative – able to build relationships across field teams and corporate leadership
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience leading large, complex operations
  • Background in agriculture, with a strong understanding of agronomy and sales

You’ll lead one of the largest retail divisions in the system—driving results across a multi-state operation, influencing hundreds of employees, and working directly with GROWMARK leadership to shape strategy, performance, and long-term success.
