Warehouse Administrative Assistant
DIVISION: Agronomy
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager STATUS: Part time, Non-Exempt
Pay range $16 - $19 per hour
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this position performs the administrative duties required within this job description.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the billing of energy and turf products and services.
Assists in inventory control and investigates any inventory discrepancies.
Provides superior customer service, both to phone and walk in customers.
Assists in coordination of facility orders and completes any necessary paperwork associated with those orders.
Utilize spreadsheets to compile data and utilizes that data for reporting and assisting in inventory management.
Assist in ordering route loads from distribution center.
Responsible for managing petty cash and preparing bank deposits.
Responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient filing system.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a High School diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 2 - 3 years or more of office related work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
