PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of Location Manager, delivers products, accounts for all products handled in warehouse and grain elevator.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Delivers products to customers according to company standards and to increase potential sales.
Responsible for grain handling including incoming, stored, and outgoing grain.
Maintains the grain quality, blending, and inventory management.
Assures all product is accounted for with either an invoice, or delivery ticket. Minimizes shrink according to company standards.
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the facility and its equipment, including minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and overall cleanliness according to company standards.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for adhering to the company Uniform Policy and maintaining an image of professionalism.
May serve on the location Safety Committee and adheres to the company environmental health and safety policies and training, and the standards set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Maintains grain elevator, warehouse and facility housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory.
Assists in the delivery of agricultural inputs to producers, including livestock feed and equipment, seeds, pesticides, and fertilizers including the safe handling, storage, and transportation of anhydrous ammonia.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Normally requires related experience and/or training to demonstrate the ability to deliver products to meet company standards and to increase potential sales.
Functional Competencies
Proven professional communication and customer service skills and the ability to comprehend simple instructions and communicate one-on-one and in small groups with customers and other employees.
Demonstrated time management and basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals along with the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Understanding of basic computer skills as they relate to the custom application business.

Other Requirements
Must have or have the ability to obtain a minimum of a Class B CDL license with appropriate endorsements including Hazmat.
May be required to work at varying heights.
Working conditions may include dust, fumes, and chemicals with appropriate safety measures.
May be required to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, snow, ice, etc.)
Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and repair.
Ability to lift 51-70 lbs.
Ability to work hours other than those considered normal to meet seasonal demands.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
