Seed Customer Service Specialist - Evergreen FS - Pontiac, IL

Salary: $19-$22/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support the Agronomy department with seed ordering, inventory, and reporting
• Order seed products using Agvance software timely and accurately.
• Approve & code seed invoices.
• Coordinate shipments, allocation, and inventory of seed products across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
• Support seed treatment tracking processes for our Clinton facility.
• Facilitate seed stock transfers.
• Help locations with tracking of seed pallets and boxes, minimizing loss at each location.
• Report & record seed vendor programs and funding.

Qualifications:

• Normally requires a associate’s degree in a business-related field, or the equivalent thereof, and 2-3 years or more of work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize time management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AgVance or ability to learn
• Must be able to lift 25-30lbs unassisted.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
