Procurement & Operations Coordinator
SALARY RANGE: $19-$23/HOUR
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Provide operational and procurement support to help ensure timely, accurate, and organized management of product supply, inventory, and operational systems. This position assists with maintaining data integrity across company platforms, supporting purchasing activities, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating operational logistics. The role works closely with internal teams to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and support efficient planning and execution of procurement and operational activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with procurement activities including tracking purchase orders, monitoring contract balances, and supporting supplier coordination.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple products and locations.
Support forecasting and planning activities by maintaining accurate data and assisting with supply planning.
Maintain accurate operational data across internal platforms and systems.
Support data integrity initiatives by building and maintaining consistent processes and standards for operational data.
Assist with route planning, scheduling, and coordination of operational logistics.
Utilize Excel and internal systems to track inventory movement, product costs, and operational performance.
Assist with maintaining accurate system inputs related to inventory levels, product movements, and operational activities.
Provide internal support to operations, sales, and management teams by maintaining accurate operational information.
Assist with operational projects that require attention to detail, organization, and data management.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Support managers and team members with operational and procurement related activities.
Utilize strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to perform work efficiently and effectively.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and system efficiency.

Follows Ag View FS Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires an Associate’s degree (A.A.), or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, customer service, and ability to multi-task.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
May be required to work extended hours beyond those considered “normal” to meet seasonal demands.
Work is conducted mainly in a typical office environment, with slight exposure to other warehousing or storage facilities with generally satisfactory conditions, sometimes in a noisy, open area while interacting with team members and serving customer’s needs.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on Ag View FS policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
