Growmark FS is looking for a professional who will install, sell and service Yetter and Precision Planting equipment and software for Growmark FS in northwest Iowa. The individual should strive to provide service and technical support to growers enhancing their goals of more profitable crop production.





  • Coordinate sales, quotes, orders, installation and service of Precision Planting, Yetter and other precision ag related products.
  • Attend training at Precision Planting headquarters to learn new technologies and gain basic skills pertaining to the sales, service and installation of their products.
  • Properly install Precision Planting and other related products on grower planters and combines.
  • Provide technical and parts support for growers on products offered through the dealership.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Precision Planting and Yetter products and planters and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate and conduct effective product events, clinics, demonstrations and training to growers, dealer employees, or other interested parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, Precision Ag partners and internal staff.
  • Coordinate and oversee annual calibration and repair of grower meters.
  • Maintain adequate and accurate inventory in manner that takes full advantage of Precision Planting’s programs and offers.
  • Maintain grower profiles through Precision Cloud and our internal system.
  • Properly keep track of and accurately bill all service hours spent on individual customers.
  • Work with current employees coordinating builds and any other assistance needed
  • Assist with other areas of the business such as seed sales, product delivery, equipment operation, etc.
  • Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.





Mechanical experience and the willingness to work on equipment with hydraulics and electrical. Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, monitors ect.


Preferably a two- or four-year degree with an ag or mechanical background or similar experience.


Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.


Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and have the ability to travel independently and overnight.


Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant


Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable certifications, licenses, and permits.


Occasionally exposed or required to: 

  • Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
  • Noisy conditions
  • Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
  • May be required to work at varying heights
  • Lift 51 - 70 lbs.


Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
