Operations Specialist Fertilizer Terminal - AGRILAND FS - Stuart, IA

AGRILAND FS, a financially strong cooperative serving customers in a growing geography, is looking for a self starting, dependable and mechanically inclined individual. This individual will operate and maintain equipment to transfer bulk dry fertilizer from train cars into storage and from storage into trucks. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to unload dry fertilizer from train cars
• Operate payloader to fill fertilizer bins
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and facility.
• Assist with inventory control.
   

Requirements:

• Requires stable work history
• Self-starter able to work under little supervision
• Experience working hours beyond normal
• Experience running payloader preferred
• A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, sit, crawl, climb and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
