If you are a proven leader with significant Energy Industry experience and the ability to provide strategic direction while meeting profitability objectives, then we can’t wait to talk to you!  We are looking for an Energy Supply and Pricing Executive Director that is eager to utilize their expertise to direct GROWMARK’s operations of the Refined Fuel and Propane division.  Information and a few key areas of emphasis include:


  • Portfolio of refined fuels and propane of 2.2B gallons
  • Terminal operations for 12 locations
  • Pricing, risk management, trading, supply operations for business over 35 states and Ontario
  • Inventory strategy & management for owned offline, owned inline, and allocated inline 
  • Responsible for delivery of vast majority of gross margin budget of $70mm for Energy Division
  • Leads risk management service/advisory for customers (2019-2020) managed risk for over 230mm gal customer contracts
  • Fourth largest LP reseller in US
  • Work off multiple pipes - MAPL, OneOak, Colonial, Plantation, Enterprise, NuStar, Magellan, Buckeye, etc. Wholesale rack marketing relationships with several major refiners
  • Don't refine any products, only wholesaler and trading 
  • SAP backbone




  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 10 years of related work experience (commodity futures, options, cash-market trading, and product supply functions)
  • Outstanding leadership, talent management, change, written and verbal communication skills
  • A knack for relationship building and problem-solving
  • Potential to be successor to the VP of Energy & Logistics (Energy division - lubricants, payment processing, value added additives, supply chain, several DCs, 150 trucks and 300 pressure vessel trailers, etc.)
