PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT



Performs a variety of billing, credit releases and clerical duties . Coordinates the daily responsibilities of
the other processors in the office.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


Performs billing entries and processes data entry related to credit status ,price verification ,customer
credits and re bills.
Works in conjunction with customer service supervisor, and supply chain manager to achieye appropriate
billing and customer credits .
Communicates with customers, salespersons, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or
explain information, and address complaints.
Organizes and processes incoming requests from the Operations Manager and divides the work amongst
the processing team.
Trains and coaches new employees within the system and teaches our standard work processes.


OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS


Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and
Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS


Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 - 3 years or more of clerical
related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing
proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer
focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's
policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
