Associate Warehouse Manager

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient product handling. Deliver high-quality, properly labeled products at the most competitive cost while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

 

SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP
Leads, motivates, and develops warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Ensures all products are packaged accurately and meet weight and labeling requirements.
  • Oversees shipping and receiving processes to maintain accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Maintains precise inventory counts of bagged and stored products.
  • Operates equipment such as forklifts, mixers, baggers, and treaters in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitors daily warehouse activities, identifies issues, and recommends process improvements to the Warehouse Manager.
 

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

  • May assist with driving and running local errands as needed, or provide support at other facilities.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of receiving, maintaining, labeling, and shipping procedures.
  • Demonstrates key strengths in teamwork, communication, customer service, and decision-making.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate warehouse machinery safely.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain OSHA forklift certification.
