SALARY RANGE:
$16 – 19 per hour

 

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

  • Seeking a candidate with customer service experience, willing to train to learn to process credit applications, account set up and third party financial transactions to join our team.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Process third party financing transactions.
  • Responsible for conducting customer credit investigations, granting new credit and adjusting existing credit limits when necessary.
  • Set up accounts.
  • Maintains customer credit files.
  • Maintains customer accounts including Sales Tax Exemption updates, high proficiency in data entry required.
  • Prepares acknowledgement of credit review letters and credit granted to Sales Manager, District Sales Manager and Customer.
  • Assist with incoming phone calls.
  • May be required to run local errands as requested.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of related work experience.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional company image.
  • Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Attention to detail is very important
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
