Under the supervision of Office Supervisor, is responsible for providing quality customer service and product deliveries to maintain customer satisfaction.





Responds to customer inquiries


Assists customers on billing and statement questions


Contributes to maintaining the highest level of customer service


Verifies inventory and availability for shipment


Runs open order reports, and produces appropriate shipping documents


Assists with delivery scheduling, communicates dates and times with customers


Assembles delivery loads for maximum efficiency and freight savings


Assists in the periodic physical inventories of products


Communicates sales leads to supervisor


Operates office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and personal computers.




Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.


Performs all other duties as assigned.





Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 3 years or more of customer service, logistics and clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs


Ability to work hours beyond those considered normal


Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record


Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development


Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
