PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Performs a variety of office tasks, such as answering customer calls regarding waiver issues, processing and updating orders for waivers needed, data entry and filing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Communications with customers or sales force by fax, mail or e-mail or pending waivers
Running daily reports
Updating orders with appropriate information for waivers
Maintain accurate record keeping in SRC for customers with current waivers as well as making sure customer accounts are set correctly for reporting
Follow waiver procedure for timely shipping
Update as well as releasing all product allocated items and orders
Communication with product managers
Filing of all paperwork for approvals in customers files
Maintain customer lists for catalog mailings, running labels and yearly lists for marketing
Operates office machines such as photocopiers, printers, and personal computers.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
