Earn and Learn Program - Ag View FS - Princeton, IL

Earn and Learn – Students eligible if attending a local community college - receiving a 2-year degree/certificate with no intent to transfer to a 4-year university.

  • Student Agrees:
    • To enroll as a student in an agricultural based program at a local community college
    • To graduate from the program in time allotted
    • To maintain a valid driver's license during the entirety of the agreement
    • To complete their internship with Ag View FS, Inc.
    • To commit to obtaining a Class A CDL within 6 months of graduation
    • To commit to obtaining a commercial spray applicator license prior to graduation
    • To obtain Hazmat Endorsement within 3 months of turning 21 years of age
    • To work full time for Ag View FS, Inc. for a period of 24 months following graduation
      • Failure to complete 24 months of employment with Ag View FS, Inc. after graduation will require the student to pay back the prorated amount of school expenses based on the months worked post-graduation.
  • Ag View FS, Inc. Agrees:
    • To provide up to $10,000 of student expenses while at a local community college if conditions above are met
    • To provide an internship opportunity for the student and may offer summer/part time help is there is a mutual agreement between the student and Ag View FS, Inc.
    • To employ the student full time upon graduation from a minimum of 24 months, contingent on satisfactory job completion.
