SALARY RANGE: $61,600.00 - $84,700.00

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Leads the evaluation, design, and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the Business Process department. Works independently to analyze and enhance the performance and control of key customer billing and vendor invoice payment processes for Wholesale divisions. Develops process improvements, manages implementation initiatives, and provides guidance on complex technical and operational issues. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Analyzes ERP data management needs related to various products to ensure control and optimize automated invoicing processes.

Leads business process design and improvement efforts. Identifies and analyzes opportunities for optimizing business performance by aligning and integrating information technology and invoicing processes.

Analyzes process and ERP performance data to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner.

Develops, maintains, and optimizes queries, reports, and KPI dashboards used to support business operations and decision-making.

Oversees reconciliations and other key control functions and coordinates corrective actions with stakeholders.

Conducts advanced root cause analysis of billing and invoicing issues. Evaluates process design and facilitates process reengineering efforts.

Develops test plans, coordinates testing activities, and supports implementation of system and process changes.

Researches and resolves complex issues related to processing, invoicing, and billing operations.

Leads cross-functional efforts to identify process gaps and develop solutions affecting invoicing, supplier payments, contracting programs, and related business activities.

Executes invoice processing functions during times of peak volume and as business needs require. May include tax and compliance administration and reporting responsibilities.

Manages implementation of process improvements and supports organizational change management efforts.

Provides leadership, training, mentoring, and technical guidance to Business Process personnel and other team members.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, and 2-4 years or more of business analysis, finance, or accounting-related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of business and financial analysis expertise.

Experience with billing, invoicing, internal controls, and query design and development using report generation, account reconciliation, accounting systems, order fulfillment, and other control functions.

Proven experience leading complex business and process improvement projects, influencing stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, and delivering measurable operational results.

Demonstrated competence in Tableau dashboard development and Business Objects query design to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

Knowledge of SAP, other billing systems, and related interfaces.

Must complete GROWMARK Yellow Belt Certification.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.

Ability to work hours other than those considered “normal”.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.  In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
