PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
The ERP Functional Manager leads the analysts on the ERP functional team supporting GROWMARK, Inc. ERP systems, primarily SAP. This role drives operational excellence in ERP functional support, promotes system innovation, and fosters the professional growth of team members, ensuring that ERP solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization.
SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP
Supervise a team of employee and contractor analysts as well as mentor and develop the ERP Functional team, identifying skill gaps and development plans to enhance team capabilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead the ERP Functional team in the design, implementation, and enhancement of ERP systems, aligning solutions with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Develop strategies for ERP system improvements, including configuration, master data management, and process optimization.
Act as a liaison between ERP functional analysts, IT leadership, and business units to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving operational efficiency.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of user documentation, training materials, and system guides to enhance end-user experience.
Provide leadership in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and succession planning to ensure long-term team success and alignment with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Stay updated on ERP trends, tools, and methodologies, incorporating innovative solutions into the organization’s ERP strategy.
Promote adherence to GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Program, ensuring ethical and legal standards are upheld in all ERP activities.
Responsible for encouraging, supporting, and promoting innovative practices, ideas, and technologies within the team.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field, with 8-12 years of experience in ERP systems, IT, or business operations.
Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, including configuration, testing, and user support, with a strong understanding of GROWMARK’s SAP or similar platforms.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Proven leadership skills, including experience managing teams, driving performance, and fostering employee development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to deliver ERP solutions that support strategic objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Availability outside business hours as needed to support “on call” emergencies in the ERP space, coordinating the response of the team.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with the ability to travel as needed.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
