Your health matters. We offer full-time employees the total package including medical, dental, vision, onsite and online nurses, onsite wellness actives, and FSA and HSA options. Saving for your healthcare needs is critical, so we also offer an HSA match for contributing participants. We also have rewards/cash value programs are available through our medical plan to help you pay for services.

Pension
Did you know only 5% of companies offer a pension? Employees at GROWMARK can retire confidently with our fully funded pension plan. In exchange for years of service, employees receive a lifetime monthly benefit at retirement once vested – no strings attached. Our pension is designed to replace HALF of your income so you can rest easy in retirement!

401k
We understand you want to be well prepared for retirement and our 401K plan is the perfect vehicle to help you reach your retirement savings goals. GROWMARK offers a match through our 401(k) plan to help you save alongside our rich pension benefit. We want you to retire comfortably and are committed to helping you accomplish that goal!

Compensation
GROWMARK’s competitive compensation package is performance-based, with performance evaluated annually based on personal and company performance. Our compensation packages are reviewed regularly and compared to external markets to ensure we are attracting the best talent!

Paid Time Off
Rest and rejuvenation are important. We offer a competitive paid-time off benefit, which starts at 3 weeks for new hires each year. Everyone needs a vacation!

Volunteer Time Off
We believe in giving back to our community. GROWMARK employees have 8 hours per year of Volunteer paid time off. You pick how you want to give back to your community!

Parental Leave
It’s a special time when a new child is added to the family and GROWMARK recognizes the extra time needed to bond a care for a new baby. We are thrilled to offer new parents 2 weeks of paid leave time off to spend with their new child.

Flex Work Time
We all have different schedules and not everyone can start or end work at the same time. Employees can work with supervisors to have flex time or flex weeks. Employees, with supervisor approval, can arrange daily work hours or compress the work week to fit their schedule best when it aligns with business unit needs.


We believe in the importance of continued professional development as you grow and advance in both current and future roles. That’s why we provide formal training opportunities for our employees. We also offer tuition assistance to continue your education, job shadowing opportunities throughout the company and quarterly discussions with your supervisor so you can develop the skills and knowledge needed to be engaged and successful on the job. PENSION

Employees at GROWMARK can retire confidently with our fully funded pension plan.

That's right, we are one of 5% of corporations that still offer this benefit to employees! That means after 5 years of service you are fully vested in the pension to receive a lifetime monthly benefit at retirement! And after 32 years of credited service you can retire with ease knowing you will have income replacement of just over 50% your annual salary. You can even retire at age 55 and begin to receive the benefit! That is salary provided to you, by the company; at no cost to you.

Because we know that retirement is so much more than being able to afford basic living and health expenses. Retirement savings plans are an essential part of your future financial well-being and allow you to retire with confidence after a well earned career!
