PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Provide leadership for inbound, outbound or both inventory functions of EWM and ECC in addition to general office administrative responsibilities, handling more complex situations. Aids in the warehouse to fulfill orders. Provides new and existing GROWMARK customers, members, and employees with the best possible customer service in relation to billing, inquiries, requests, and complaints.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Leads in accurate processing of inbounding (and/or outbound) using the ECC and EWM systems.
Leads inventory and stock location accuracy. Serves as lead in supplying GROWMARK personnel with information regarding warehouse inventory records.
Implements training and usage of ECC and EWM processes throughout distribution center.
Communicates with external carriers to schedule daily pick-ups.
Provides backup assistance for the Operations Managers, other EWM Process Coordinators, and Material Handlers.
Answering and appropriately directing phone calls and emails with a customer friendly approach, serving as mentor to Coord I, EWM Process.
Greeting site visitors with a friendly and inviting manner. Assess their needs and directs to appropriate area, handling more complex situations and assisting Coord I, EWM Process.
Prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related office and clerical duties as assigned.
Supplies member cooperatives and GROWMARK personnel with information regarding warehouse inventory records.
Oversees the use of bar-coding procedures.
Assists the Operations Manager in stock location validity, inventory problems and reconciliation.
Assists in Material Handler functions including accurate receipt and put away of product, picking, packing, and shipping to fulfill orders, and inventory processes.
Maintains a working knowledge of service levels, inventory and stock location accuracy, overall DC operations, and assists in identifying areas where improvement in increased productivity can be accomplished.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Within the coordinator team, the Operations Manager may assign primary duties to employees, however all coordinators must be able to perform all essential job functions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school degree or equivalent and 1-3 years of customer service or related experience with clerical, writing, communication, and mathematical demonstrated skills. Prefer some experience in a warehouse environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft’s Word, Excel, and Outlook products and prefer experience with SAP EWM or similar application.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must be mobile and can lift and load heavy items up to 51-70 lbs.
May occasionally be exposed to or required to work in conditions that may include dust, fumes, chemicals with appropriate safety measures.
Must be willing to work hours other than those considered normal working hours, including weekends, if needed.
Proven computer skills and the ability to use the computer to enhance business processes and warehouse operations.
Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel independently overnight.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
