What Will You Do

GROWMARK is a dynamic and innovative leader in agricultural solutions, committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Analyst - Enterprise Applications to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all applications and provide support to our customers.

 

  • Troubleshoot issues in GROWMARK applications, offering consulting, and technical solutions to customers.
  • Record and document all support activities and processes through a ticketing system.
  • Coordinates with other GROWMARK departments and divisions for development, enhancements or changes to supported applications.
  • Maintains various databases for testing and support purposes, including controlling backups and restores to these databases.
  • Provides formal training in assigned areas to users of supported software through group presentations and/or use of remote teaching technologies.
  • Performs database inquiries and audits to verify system integrity and to identify problems.
  • Makes corrections and changes to customer data to resolve database problems under direct supervision of Supervisor, ITAS Support, following standard procedures and providing audit trail.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GROWMARK standard software, hardware, and systems to assist customers in resolving technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Assists in the maintenance of Quick Reference Guides/ manuals ITAS applications. Distributes help screens concurrent with program updates.
  • Assists in testing and installation of new versions of ITAS Applications or other supported software.

 

What Skills are Required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities, business knowledge, customer focus, decision making and skill development are essential for providing exceptional support and satisfaction to customers.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and travel independently, including overnight stays and international support operations.
  • Proven professional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
