PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Supports the design, enhancement, testing, and implementation of GROWMARK software applications to meet business needs effectively.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Working with Functional Analysts and Senior Functional Analysts, provides IT functional support to GROWMARK, Inc. business units by assisting in the design, integration, testing, implementation, and support of software applications, including:
- Identifies and documents potential system improvements.
- Executes test cases, documents results, and ensures timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to improve processes.
- Maintains and distributes system documentation and assists in SAP or other IT-related support activities.
Coordinates with others in IT Portfolio and Wholesale to ensure alignment and coordination of technology and software systems.
Creates, maintains, and distributes documentation and reference guides to users on assigned software application and hardware.
Performs various administrative functions in SAP applications related to configuration, master data, customer billing, and general order processing.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, or business, or the equivalent thereof, and 1-2 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate applications working knowledge to provide computer software recommendations, support, and leadership to business areas.
Understanding of and experience with GROWMARK’s SAP system and how the various applications interface and interact with one another.
Ability to provide technical support, resource management, training, and leadership to new and existing users.
Demonstrated planning, organization, analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and project management skills and the ability to read and interpret technical material.
Proven team building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to work extended hours and travel independently overnight.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
