What Will You Do


Our team is looking for a self-motivated individual to take over the post rollout ServiceNow administration for various business units. You will be taksed with setting up best practices for the software while getting to grow your skillsets in both ServiceNow and project management.


  • Ability to set up or customize within ServiceNow or the willingness to learn
  • Work with a wide variety of different customers with fluctuating needs
  • Troubleshoot user needs and collect requirements for enhancements
  • Create, maintain and distribute documentation to users as needed
  • Track defects and work with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner


What Skills are Required


  • Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, business or the equivalent thereof
  • Ideally 2 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of Information Technology.
  • Expereince with ServiceNow administration or comparable ticketing system is ideal
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required certifications
