PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, supports the recruitment function through the administration of the GROWMARK talent programs. Supports the talent acquisition team with recruiting projects, pre-employment, and overall coordination, while leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides guidance, training, and subject matter expertise to GROWMARK, U.S. Retail Division & Subsidiary pre-employment screening process, including background checks, drug screenings, and corresponding systems.
Manages the GROWMARK Scholarship Program, implementing strategies to maximize ROI and track recipients for targeted recruitment efforts.
Assist in developing talent acquisition and student recruiting event programs, agendas, and session schedules, ensuring a balanced mix of content and activities.
Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, implement automation where applicable, and support the adoption of innovative recruiting tools to drive continuous improvement within the hiring process.
Maintains the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site, ensuring organization, and accessibility of templates, forms, process documents, contact lists, and contracts.
Administers the GROWMARK Referral &Tuition Aid programs, answering questions, communicating process updates, and processing forms for GROWMARK, US Retail Divisions, and Subsidiaries.
Supports candidates by assisting with the online application process, troubleshooting issues, and answering recruitment-related questions.
Prepares and processes all Talent Acquisition invoices, reimbursements, and career fair registrations.
Helps to maintain accuracy of applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring candidate data, requisitions, and hiring workflows are updated.
Runs reports and provides analytics on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and program performance.
Treats human resources data and information with the highest level of confidentiality.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Supports the Talent Acquisition Department by scheduling interviews, escorting candidates, assembling recruiting materials and monitoring stock/supplies as needed.
May be required to represent GROWMARK at various career fairs as needed.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires an associate degree in human resources, Business, or a related field to demonstrate evaluation and decision-making skills and administrative experience serving the needs of multiple staff employees.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.
Ability to learn and use HR applicant tracking software, Human Resources Information System, and other GROWMARK-approved software.
Must be able to travel independently and overnight.
Ability to work hours beyond those considered “normal”.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
