PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of the Terminal Manager, responsible for assisting in the operation of the fuel Terminal.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists with the facility operations including product handling, equipment operations, and product receipt and transfer.
Performs the role of backup to the Terminal Manager and assists the Manager as needed.
Maintains, communicates, and receives product and additive into inventory.
Ensures that facility operations meet all state, federal, and company regulatory and safety criteria.
Responsible for training and authorizing drivers for access to terminal.
Responsible for troubleshooting facility operations and overseeing repairs from external contractors.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment and the appearance of the facility in accordance with company standards.
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Adheres to company environmental health and safety policies and training.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a mechanical background and work experience or training to demonstrate knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical equipment, automation, programming, and maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, and pipes.
Demonstrates knowledge and familiarity of propane and petroleum products.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record to attend meetings and training as required.
Must wear fire resistant clothing, PPE, and other safety equipment as required by company policies.
Occasionally exposed or required to:
- Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
- Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
- May be required to lift 71-100 lbs.
- Required to work at varying heights up to 50 feet May be required to work extended hours.
- Requires on-call availability as per company policy.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
