SALARY RANGE: $60,100.00 - $82,662.50

This position manages the day-to-day operations of FS Insurance Agency, which includes processing payments and sundry billings; assisting with budgeting, monthly reconciliations, and premium allocations; assigning training, issuing driving exclusions, renewing agency/agent licenses, and Riskonnect data entry.
Monitors, processes, and uploads incoming certificates of insurance and updates SAP and Riskonnect.
Works with Logistics and Dispatch to clear blocks in SAP.
Assists with Riskonnect data entry, maintenance and updates as needed.
Processes invoices from insurers and service providers.
Invoice GROWMARK Wholesale, Retail Divisions, and Member Companies as needed for services rendered via sundry billings.
Perform a monthly commission reconciliation.
Assist with insurance premium allocations using models.
Update the workers’ compensation file monthly with claims activity.
Collaborates with Canada in calculating the Cooperators Patronage Refund annually.
Maintain the General Liability Sales and Master Payroll files.
Monitor and maintain the licenses for FS Insurance Agency and all of the licensed agents in the Agency.
Assist with developing an annual budget for insurance premiums and commissions for the Agency.
Assign driver training and issue driver exclusion letters as needed. Run MVRs when necessary.
Develops professional working relationships with business areas, customers, and vendors.
Improves existing processes as warranted to increase efficiency, transparency, and clarity.
Actively engages with the Risk Finance & Insurance, Safety & Environmental Services, and Safety & Environmental Engagement teams to understand changes that are occurring and contribute to shared objectives as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Normally requires a Bachelor of Science degree in finance or accounting or the equivalent thereof, and 3 years or more of finance or accounting-related work experience.
May require a Property & Casualty license.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.
Have proven computer skills including Excel and Tableau and the ability to use the computer to enhance business processes.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must have and maintain a valid passport and have the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
