SALARY RANGE: $156,400.00 - $226,812.50

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Responsible for the strategic direction and overall operation and performance of the Facility Engineering and Construction Division.
SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHP
Supervises, leads and develops the Construction Superintendents; Commercial Construction team, and NewTech Engineering Services team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for meeting sales, wholesale net income before corporate overhead, and return on investment targets for the Facility Engineering and Construction Division.
Develops, maintains, and communicates the strategic plan for growing division sales and income.
Directs the development and implementation of marketing plans and budgets consistent with the long term strategies.
Creates a positive work environment that engages all division employees and causes them to perform at maximum levels. Creates a professional customer focus.
Forms relations across division lines and within the industries served that enable effective collaborative efforts. Maintains an in-depth awareness of the marketplace, suppliers, competitors and needs of other divisions in order to form collaborative strategies.
Conducts senior management customer visits to build long-term relationships, understand needs, and execute the division’s ability to serve.
Effectively uses assigned resources. Measures results and seeks ways to maximize income and quality. Eliminates, reassigns, or seeks additional resources as needed to accomplish objectives. Operates assigned facilities in a professional, long term, compliant manner.

Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Responsible for encouraging, supporting, and promoting innovative practices, ideas, and technologies within the team.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a college or advanced degree in engineering, marketing or business-related field or equivalent thereof, and 9 years or more of related marketing/management experience to demonstrate knowledge of operations, equipment and facilities.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Proven supervisory and leadership skills including staffing, coaching, performance evaluation, etc. and the ability to achieve results through others.
Proven professional communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated planning, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proven team building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proven computer skills.
Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight.
A valid passport for out-of-the-country travel is required.
Occasionally exposed to noisy conditions, working conditions with dust, fumes, chemicals, and may be required to work at varying heights.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
