SALARY RANGE: $79,500.00 - $109,287.50

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Aligns Member Resource business strategies with its technology and processes by analyzing business operations while providing recommended solutions to align individual business functions with organizational and financial goals. Consults with member company sales and marketing teams on use of technology and sales data with the goal to analyze and provide meaningful reports to meet their business needs. Provides leadership to the GROWMARK System on member company sales program qualification as well as member company redemption. Understands the structure, policies, and operations of the enterprise and FS Members and recommends business-focused or technology-focused solutions to improve general business processes and planning.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Works closely with the FS cooperative marketing managers and marketing assistants to analyze sales data for FS cooperative sales program development, including cross-selling and lead generation. Responsible for the coordination of reporting for
GROWMARK product division sales and marketing programs with member cooperatives.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. Analyze large, complex datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Provides leadership in the generation of market trend and market share analysis. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing up to date market data reports to support business planning.
Responsible for sales classification management for FS cooperatives to provide uniform sales reporting. This includes auditing, updating, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on regular basis.
Consults with IT Portfolio to provide guidance on reporting needs of internal and external customers. Translate business needs to IT portfolio by acting as a liaison between members and IT and help to design reports and widgets that are useful in meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
Responsible for ongoing assessment, development, and implementation of business processes that result in appropriate management of risk, excellent customer service, and desired financial results.
Ability to lead cross-functional team projects designed to streamline processes, optimize the use of enterprise technologies, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend the best solution.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting tools and platforms. Maintain and audit process documentation and

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, marketing, or other business/people related field and 3 or more years experience with reporting and analytics tools. Tableau experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Prefer GROWMARK System marketing or management experience.
Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
