PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Reporting to the Talent Operations Manager, this role leads strategic recruitment initiatives by managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition projects and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams. It leverages data analytics to inform recruiting decisions, optimize spend, and track key performance indicators. As the SuccessFactors Analytics SME, the role develops and trains others on reporting tools to enhance recruiting insights. It also champions change management and continuous improvement through value stream mapping and opportunities for automation. The position ensures alignment between technology, process, and people to maximize impact across the Talent Acquisition function.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead end-to-end recruitment projects, driving continuous improvement through coordination with hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of recruitment plans, including setting project timelines, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
Supports the Talent Acquisition and Student Recruiting teams by providing recruiting data analysis to support recommended changes to the System recruiting efforts and spending.
Develops measurements and tracking methods to report on Recruiting KPI’s.
Champions the Success Factors Analytics module as the subject matter expert on developing Recruiting reports and trains others as needed.
Ability to lead cross-functional team projects designed to streamline processes, optimize the use of enterprise technologies, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend the best solution.
Support in defining, assigning, and tracking project tasks. Leads, guides, and supports team members throughout development and implementation, addressing challenges as the team encounters them. Provides project leadership to both customers and internal work groups.
Implements change management efforts around new technologies and changes to existing technologies and processes to minimize disruption and maximize and accelerate value and impact.
Develop and drive value stream mapping (VSM) and VSM continuous improvement roadmaps and action plans and create standard processes for the Talent Acquisition team.
Partner with teams to identify potential process improvement projects, assess gaps, and develop plans to close these gaps.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides support to Corporate Recruiting activities as needed, including assisting with requisitions, sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant project management experience.
Demonstrated planning, organization, analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Ability and willingness to travel overnight and on-site to customer locations and career fairs, which may require evening hours.
Ability to transport recruiting materials and assemble career fair displays.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
