PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Participates in a collaborative working team environment to fully execute Crop Nutrient inventory reconcilations, tenant billings, payment of overhead invoices and miscellanoues reports.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for book to physical reconciliation of inventory in GROWMARK Crop Nutrient owned or leased facilities.
Monitors DVS inventory and makes sure all product inventory has been received and issued.
Monitor’s compliance and maintains records for all existing warehouse agreements.
Process invoices to tenants for monthly storage charges and throughput billings.
Process and provide account coding for vendor overhead invoices.
Complete monthly insurance report for the insurance department.
Monitor state fertilizer license renewals for the CN division.
Perform data entry and basic maintenance entries in SAP.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof.
Understanding and experience with Outlook, Excel, and basic business intelligence applications.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
May be required to work extended hours.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
